What We Use

Microsoft Clarity

Where enabled, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our websites through tools such as:

• heatmaps;
• clicks and scrolling;
• navigation patterns;
• session-replay technology;
• usability and performance analysis.

Clarity may use cookies and other identifiers. Where consent is required, Clarity analytics cookies will only be used after the visitor has agreed to analytics.

We do not use Clarity to analyse private Yoree memories or photographs.

Consent & Your Choices

Strictly necessary technologies may operate without consent where they are required to provide or secure the service.

Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are used only where legally permitted and, where required, after consent.

Our cookie controls should allow users to:

• Accept non-essential cookies
• Reject non-essential cookies

Users can change or withdraw their choices at any time through the cookie-preference controls.

Children

Child-facing Yoree services receive additional privacy protection.

Yoree does not:

• sell children’s personal information;
• use children’s personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Where US COPPA requirements apply to children under 13, cookies, IP addresses and device identifiers will only be used in accordance with applicable parental-consent requirements or permitted internal-operation exceptions.

Analytics technologies such as Microsoft Clarity should not be introduced into child-facing areas without appropriate privacy assessment and inclusion within Yoree’s Children’s DPIA.

Third Parties

We may use selected third-party providers for services including hosting, analytics, security, authentication, communications and payments.

Where a third-party technology requires consent, it will not be activated until appropriate consent has been obtained.

Your Privacy Rights

Personal information collected through cookies and similar technologies is also covered by our Privacy Policy.

Depending on applicable law, including UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA where applicable, users may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to certain uses of their personal information.
